Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

30-Night Trial Every Coolify Design product comes with a 30-night risk-free trial. If you're not completely satisfied within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we'll arrange a full refund. You don't need to justify your decision.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all original boxes, inserts, and protective materials
  • All components (wooden base, ceramic bowls, hardware) must be included
  • The product must not show signs of intentional damage
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Returns without original packaging will not be accepted. Please keep your packaging until you are certain you are satisfied with your purchase.

How to Request a Refund To initiate a return or refund, email us at support@coolifydesign.co with your order number and photos of the product and its packaging. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item
  • Return shipping is covered by Coolify Design for defective or incorrect items
  • For change-of-mind returns, shipping cost must be paid by the customer
  • Once return instructions and the shipping address have been provided, the item must be shipped within 3 business days. Returns initiated but not shipped within this window may no longer be eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the original packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you. This applies to US, AUS, and Singapore orders.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days without prior authorization
  • Items returned without original packaging and all original components
  • Products showing signs of intentional damage
