Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of placement. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after ordering, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order dispatches.

Delivery Times

• United States — Free Shipping, 2–4 business days
• Singapore — 2-4 business days (international express shipping)

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delays due to carrier issues, customs clearance, or weather are outside our control, but we'll always help you track your package.

Singapore Shipping Rates & Customs

Shipping to Singapore is calculated at checkout based on order weight and dimensions. International orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

Customs processing may add additional time to delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order at any time through our Track Order page.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Coolify Design is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@coolifydesign.co — we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your building. If it's still missing after 2 business days, contact us and we'll investigate and resolve the issue.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and Singapore. Shipping to additional countries is coming soon — join our email list to be notified when new regions launch.
