Products

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify descriptions at any time. Colors and textures may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor calibration.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and SGD. We reserve the right to adjust pricing without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout via Shopify Payments or PayPal. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including product photography, copy, logos, and design elements — is the intellectual property of Coolify Design and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Coolify Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. 
For customers in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection 
laws of your country of residence also apply and take precedence 
where applicable.

EU Consumer Rights:
• You have the right to a 14-day withdrawal period for distance 
  purchases (EU Consumer Rights Directive)
• Products must conform to the contract description — if they do 
  not, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund
• We do not exclude or limit any rights you have under applicable 
  EU or national consumer protection law
• Disputes may be submitted to the EU Online Dispute Resolution 
  platform at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

For Austrian customers: disputes may also be referred to the 
Austrian Internet Ombudsman (www.ombudsmann.at).
For German customers: disputes may also be referred to the 
Universalschlichtungsstelle (www.universalschlichtungsstelle.de).
